    • Please choose country Malaysia carefully
    • Register & keep credentials safely (It will also help in tracking the process)
    • Login & fill up the form
    • Please fill in the form exactly as per the previous passport, if there is no change in any fields. Any change in spelling without documentary proof       may lead to undesired delay in issuance.
    • Please choose the police station carefully or else adverse police reports may lead to undesired delay/denial of passport.( Know your Police Station )

    • Please take a printout of the duly filled online application form after successful submission and affix the photograph. The form must be signed by       the applicant. (In case of a minor applicant, the form must be countersigned by parents/legal guardian) *(Signatures are required to affix before       the Submission Officer of BLS International.)
  • Please attach the documents as per applicable category in the checklist. Any change in entry (even a change of letter/digit/character) MUST be supported with additional documents specified under “Additional document in r/o change in any of the passport entries or lost/damaged passport” in the checklist.
  • Please submit documents at the Outsourced Service Provider (BLS International Services) along with the prescribed fee with a prior appointment.           Click Here

Revision of fees for Passport & passport related services (w.e.f. April 1, 2023)

Note:-

In addition to the above fees for passport and related services, amounts of RM 9 (USD 2) will be charged towards Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) fee and RM 9.50 towards the service fee by the service provider, the BLS International Services Ltd. Additionally 1.5% of the total fee to be paid will be charged on payments made by Debit Card.
