  • 1 recent photograph with size ( 5 cm x 5 cm) - white background
  • Original passport and its photocopy (first page, last page and valid visa page)
  • Original Driving License and 1 copies of it
  • Original Extract of Driving License and 1 it copies
  • Driving License need to submit online verification at https://parivahan.gov.in or attested by Ministry of External Affairs in India https://mea.gov.in/apostille.htm.
  • Original should also be presented for verification.
