• Statuary declaration by parent before Commissioner of Oaths giving passport details ( Number, Place of issue, date of issue/date of expiry), age  of  child mentioning that he/she  is NOT MARRIED  and is still dependent specifically stating that the affidavit will be used only for obtaining dependent visa for child.

First get Approval of Statutory Declaration/Affidavit at High Commission of India from 9.00 AM to 05.30 PM (Monday to Saturday) and need to do payment at ICAC
