Notice regarding Visa/Consular & Passport Services

Further to High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur’s earlier notifications dated 18 March 2020 and 7 May 2020 regarding temporary suspension of regular Visa, Consular and Passport services due to implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) by the Government of Malaysia.

2. Please be advised that all regular consular services will continue to remain suspended until further notice. 3. For attestation of documents, applicants are advised to submit their application with requisite fee to Passport and Other Consular Services Application Centre (PCSAC) i.e. M/s BLS International Limited at the following address:

4. Please be advised that requests for fresh visa and OCI applications for foreign nationals continue to remain suspended until further notice.

5. Fresh appointments for regular consular services may be sought online, once High Commission notifies (through the website) the resumption of public dealings.

6. All persons visiting High Commission premises for EMERGENCY SERVICES through prior appointments are required to adhere to necessary health/social distancing measures including mask and gloves etc. put on mask and gloves; and strictly maintain a distance of one meter while seated in the hall.
