Labour’s Day

The High Commission of India in Kuala Lumpur wishes all the Indian national workers in Malaysia on the occasion of Labour’s Day.

During the visit of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Malaysia in November 2015, the Prime Ministers of India and Malaysia issued a Joint Statement wherein they “welcomed the contribution of Indian workers to the Malaysian economy.”

On the occasion of Labour’s Day, we recall the Joint Statement of the two Prime Ministers and reiterate the continued commitment of the High Commission of India to promote the welfare and security of the Indian national workers in Malaysia.
