  1. 6.   RM 95 will be charged for surrender of passport/ renunciation of Citizenship from the applicants who acquired foreign citizenship on or before 31.05.2010. However, RM 395 will be charged for surrender of passport/ renunciation of Citizenship from the applicant who acquired foreign citizenship on or after 01.06.2010.
  2. 7.   RM 9 as ICWF charges and RM 9.50 as BLS’s outsourcing service charges will also be payable in addition to above rates.
  3. 8.   No charges for registration of death.
