Membership is open to all with a one-time NSCBICC registration fee of RM 105.00 and a library membership deposit of RM 105.00 (refundable).

Submit the following documents:

  • Completed membership form (available at the Reception Counter)
  • One passport-size photograph
  • Photocopy of citizenship document / passport / identity card

Members are allowed to borrow two books for a period of three weeks.
